I had company last night and most of them are doing low-carb. We have a nearby gourmet shop that has WONDERFUL spreads and dips, but crackers and chips didn't fit the low-carb bill.
So I took one of the spreads (blue cheese with chives) and put it on CELERY -- worked great!
I also took two small punch cups (from a punch bowl set) and filled them both with some lemon-dill dip. Instead of placing carrot and celery sticks alongside them, I stood them up IN the cups of dip.
