I'm 29, 6', 190 pounds, and have lost 40 pounds since 1/1/01 on Suzanne Somers version of the low-carb diet.

Anyway, a great Mexican meal to order at the restaurant or prepare at home is Chile Releno. Boil the Chile peppers until soft, stuff them with seasoned ground beef, melt white cheese over the top and wallah! All the mexican low-carb taste you can handle. Add hot sauce, onions etc. to taste.

Another favorite at your local Mexican place is a chicken or beef taco salad minus the bowl with cheese and sourcream. You will be full and satisfied.
